On-Site Calibration

A strong calibration program is the backbone of almost every laboratory. SFPS offers procedural onsite calibration services using NIST traceable standards to ensure your operations run smoothly. Each service includes a fully documented calibration report, certificate and copy of all standard certificates used.

Corrective Maintenance

Unfortunately, instruments occasionally do fail and every day they're down is a day of lost efficiency. In addition, instrumentation that is marginally operational may wind up compromising your methods and costing you later. In many cases, failures follow established patterns and can be repaired quickly. The field engineers at SFPS service many types of instrumentation and can get you back on track quickly.

Qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ)

Laboratory systems are a critical part of GMP compliance due to their role in product release, stability testing and process validation. SFPS offers efficient and affordable solutions for instrument/equipment qualifications (commonly referred to as IQ/OQ/PQ) through its experienced service team and extensive library of customizable protocols based on standard industry practices.

Installation & Decomissioning

Equipment installation and startup support can shorten the time required to start using your new assets. Our service team uncrates, installs and conducts startup testing in order to shorten the time before instruments can be used.  As part of our decommissioning service, we’ll develop custom decommission procedure for your laboratoy. Each project includes an all-inclusive, site-specific Health and Safety Plan (HASP) to ensure the project is completed safely. We also will assure that all chemical, biological, and physical hazards are addressed and removed from all areas of the laboratory including storage areas, cabinets, bench tops and fume hoods.
